Michelle Waldron
Michelle Waldron leads the Cyber Services team for the Americas, as VP, Cyber Services. She oversees cross-functional delivery and ensures alignment of operational strategy across insurance and security. She plays a key role in navigating complex risk environments, facilitating tabletop exercises to strengthen cyber resilience, and delivering speaking engagements that translate cyber security challenges into practical strategies. Michelle is passionate about empowering businesses to anticipate threats, respond effectively, and build enduring cyber maturity across sectors.
With over 16 years of insurance experience and a Master of Legal Studies in Cybersecurity and Information Privacy from Drexel University, Michelle Waldron brings a unique blend of legal, compliance, and operational expertise to the evolving landscape of risk and cyber security. Her work spans insurance, wealth management, and compliance, leveraging her background to support organizations of all sizes in their proactive risk management and incident response needs.
Jackson Schlesinger
Jackson Schlesinger is a Cyber Services Manager with over six years of experience and more than 1,000 incidents handled for Beazley Security's industry leading Cyber Services team. Jackson is an expert at guiding Beazley Security clients through difficult or stressful situations, having assisted organizations of all sizes and across every industry sector through complex data security and privacy incidents. In addition to incident response, Jackson advises clients on improving their security posture through proactive risk management offerings, tabletop exercises, and speaking engagements. Jackson works closely alongside Beazley Security's Labs team to keep clients informed of emerging industry trends and threat intelligence.
